Speaking of bread machines, does anyone have a fool-proof recipe for
the 3-cup flour variety machine? _More from the Gluten-free Gourmet_
recommends dividing things by thirds, but I don't have tools that
will measure the ingredients that fine.
        I have a Hitachi machine. My bread always comes out more like
egg bread, rises and falls to a flat loaf with crust baking up on each side.
I really need to make bread post-haste, so any quick suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.
