<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> We have a panasonic and it has worked well with gluten-free breads IF you mix the dough this way: mix a batter in your mixer (we have a Kitchen Aid) with the dry and liquid ingredients. Put that batter in the bread machine and add the yeast separately if your bread machine has a yeast dispenser. Then run the machine on the basic bread cycle. If you don't mix a batter beforehand, the rice flours won't mix in completely. Confession: we've switched to Beth Hillson's Gluten-Free Pantry bread mix, which is fabulous and you have bread in an hour. Our expensive bread machine is sitting in the pantry!
