I was really baffled by this editorial from Foroyaa. After almost 20 years with clear evidence of open executive interference with judicial cases, Foroyaa still appears to believe words from President Jammeh. Whatever he said during that swearing ceremony are blatant lies and deception.

He has personally interfered with cases by first openly commenting on not forgiving the accused before any judgement. I think it is time Foroyaa and other papers NOT believe a word from President Jammeh's mouth. Enough deception. 19 years of lies is enough!!!. We have even seen Judges who appears to make independent judgments get booted out, arrested and persecuted. What evidence does FOROYAA need to believe or not believe President Jammeh?????

Did I misread this editorial: I stand to be corrected!
