  Mr Morley said that the UK Government regarded the new Gambian Chief Justice as an experienced and independent minded Judge and hoped that Mrs Agyemang, with the determined support of the Attorney General, Mrs Amie Joof, would help restore the image of the Gambian judicial system. ‘Mrs Agyemang has a great record as a Commonwealth Judge and her appointment is an inspired one’ said Mr Morley
