Folks,

System Access To Go, aka satogo.com, is indeed a free, web-based
screen reader.

It is intended for temporary use, not as your permanent, all day every
day reader package. It is the fully functional System Access screen
reader, minus DocuScan.

I have used it successfully with many of those hotel business center
systems that allow you to check email, etc. That said, I have found a
few hotel systems where it would not work because of either a lack of
speakers, or some unknown firewall issue.

I also occasionally use it if I have to function temporarily in a
different location at work.

You can use it without logging in or creating a free account. The free
account allows you to save custom voice settings, which otherwise
disappear when you close the program if you do not log in.

To try System Access To Go, do the following:

1. turn off your existing screen reader.

2. from the desktop, press the windows key, then type the following
string minus the quotes, but including the space:

"r satogo.com"

3. Press enter, and wait.

4. Follow the prompts, doing exactly what the voice tells you to do.

The reader remains active as long as that page is open. To use it,
minimize that page, and proceed to open whatever program or web page
you wish.

There is a help file that is in fact helpful, so do read it.

Have fun.
