Well, no one has directly answered the question of what they see, irrespective of the bedding.

What I see is an interesting block pattern that creates with its cascading pattern a structural header between the two windows that follows the course of stress relief cracks that you usually see in masonry openings with bad lintel design.

Pretty slick if you ask me.
