Yes, I, like most rawpalaeos, have eaten raw meat that's been prefrozen.  It's fine. The only trouble is that prefrozen raw meat is  less tasty than nonfrozen raw meats. Since the cell-membranes get ruptured during the process of freezing, it is best to eat the raw meat as soon as it's been thawed, to avoid rapid nutrient-loss.
