Nothing; not even any cake.  A month ago my blood sugar levels were too high so they put me on medication for it and I'm back to eating my low carb diet style of eating.  So I had a sub sandwich rolled and wrapped in lettuce which was about 13 carbs and you can hardly eat them they are so large.  They have no bread.

Know matter how you cut it, the cake I mean, or have the b-day, you're still older than some of us.  Ha!

Did you do something fun  to celebrate?

Oops.  Happy belated birthday to Phil.  It's hard enough to only get your b-day once every 4 years.  But then when some of us think of it but the thought doesn't get to our fingers to dial the phone or use the computer keyboard, well you know what happens.  Consequently this late wish.  But then if b-days are meant to be celebrated all month, why can't they be celebrated for 4 years.  (smile)  Hope you had an enjoyable day, Phil.
