Diaspora Results are announced.
1- Like Cellou Dalein of La-Guinea, Hon. Ouattara seems to carry the diaspora Ivorian votes save for some 3 countries
2-France and Senegal's results were not announced but I did not get an indication that they were annuled. Perhaps that was already communicated to the audience or perhaps Senegal's will be announced later.
