Mr. Drammeh Bin Drammeh Bin Santangfarra! I know since the Ramadan has ended and now you can eat all day long, you will have enough energy to sit in front of the keyboard and make noise.
As much as I decided not to participate in these debates, I think is time for all of us to try and look at what is at the nation's interest. I think if we are all truthful as to who we are, is high time to stop looking at the situation at hand as to something that will be at the favour of any political figure. Yes, is time for everyone to start some sensible debate regarding what all can collectively do to remedy the situation.
Mr. Drammeh can write a book about darboe and likewise someone wlse can do same about Hamat, Halifa, OJ, Sedia etc. but at the end of the day what are we going to gain about that? At times I see such and the courses that has been dragging the political maturity among us and in effect end up hurting the nation. Guys, my contribution here is not mend for any prolonged debate as to who is who and what not. Am trying to shed a light to all the personal attacks about what one may thinks is the weakness of a person. Yes, we are all human and none of us is perfect. Therefore, if we look at the political situation on the ground, we should all agree that whoever is at the helm of any political party, be it APRC, PDOIS, NRP, UDP, GMC etc has been choosen by their individual party militants to lead. Now, if Pateh does not like Demba and people who are the eligible voters for now choose Demba to lead, why would pateh not just look into a candidate and/or party of his choise and not try to see how best to talk about Demba who apparently is the peoples choise. These and many more including our personal ego's, tribal sickness ....... Name it are what is going to continue to hurt our nation.
With that token from my person, I apologize if I wrong anyone among the readership of this mighty forum.
Thanks to all,

Look Darboe is in politics but that should not deter a fearless guy like you to enter politics. How will you reconcile the fact that even though Darboe is a "coward" , in the two elections after he "ran away" he is still able to get more votes than the none-cowards.Sainey.
Sent from my iPhoneDear All,
I have received several emails regarding my criticism of Darboe. Some people went as far as alleging that I hate him personally.
I therefore, by way of response reply here in the Post and L that I have no hatred for Darboe as a person. However I absolutely despise his cowardice and his lack of patriotism.
Darboe should ran away after more than 100,000 Gambian men and women voted for him. He betrayed the trust of these voters the very first time they voted for him.
Darboe should have been the last man to leave but he instead choose to be the first to jump a fence. He has shown cowardice and politically immaturity at its very best.
Darboe even allowed his supporters to promote tribal politics and thus create a winning machine for Jammeh.
I am not lying about Darboe and I have no personal hatred of the man. All I am saying about him are facts and they are all evidenced by historical occurrences. It is plain fact that he ran away and yet he still has the audacity to be in politics! This man should be real! Is Darboe plainly trying to be cheeky with the rest of us or is he just simply and plainly slow to understand that his presence in our political system will galvanize support for Jammeh?
The most honourable thing that any human being can do is to show dignity and humility. Lack of these presupposes either intellectual absence or intellectual dishonesty.
Darboe’s presence in Gambian politics has allowed Jammeh to successfully play the tribal card to win elections. Jammeh’s happiest moments are when Darboe is in the election. He know that all he had to do to scare Darboe is just a minor threat. Jammeh is a big bully but Darboe is the big coward that allowed to be bullied. Jammeh understands the ways of Darboe.
Politics involves sacrifice and it is risk taking. It involves responsibility and these are qualities that Darboe lacks.
Darboe has time to rectify the situation. He should resign from party politics and apologise to the Gambian people for running away. If he does this will create a new chapter for him in the history of Gambian politics. People like myself will forgive him for running away.
Therefore my stance against Darboe is not about his personality. It is all about the politics that he represents which I find unsuitable.
He should have led by example and should never have ran away. Now that he had already ran away he should try to rectify the situation.
I know the UDP have got several talents and Darboe is not indispensable. He should allow the UDP to choose a new leader and avoid his megalomania.
Darboe is history and can never win in The Gambia and will never be the President of The Gambia. It is thus necessary that he give up in his attempts. The UDP should be allowed to select a new leader with intellectual maturity and political awareness. Once the UDP do away with Darboe it could even increase the chances of a united opposition against the bully of The Gambia and that is Jammeh.
Jammeh will only be defeated when political and intellectual maturity is in place. This is the way forward to win hearts and minds.
I therefore say to these people that I have no problem with Darboe as person but I definitely have a problem with his cowardice. “Cowards die many times before their deaths”. This is so said fro those voices of the old and words of the populations around the world.
I have replied to you but in the L and Post but I will still maintain your privacy. I hope that I made my point clear.
