In this edition:

-La-Guinea minister for women and children's affairs is received by PM Modibo Sidibe and her Malian counterpart minister to review bilateral relations particularly child safety and health. The Guinean minister conveys the cordial message of her PM Jean Marie Dore'.
-Mali's transition from analog to digital at least in TV and audio-visual broadcast. France's experience has been that digital is less costly than analog production. I'll be darn. These French have a way of fooling around with facts. I look into this myself.
-Bamako under water. Well a good part of it. Is there not anyone in the planning and zoning office who occupies him/herself with potential flooding?????????? I don't get it. These idiots know its gonna rain heavy some day. Why do they engage in squatter-building or gutters without proper zoning or permitting??????????? What is wrong with these people. Its the same every year. In Mali, Senegal, Burkina, Gambia, Bissau, and La-Guinea. How come Freetown and Monrovia don't get flooded like these other places???? They need to go to Freetown and Monrovia. They might learn something. Well maybe Freetown is not fair on account of her topography favourable to natural drainage. But hell when you build roads, you need drainage along the road and you need to keep debris and sand from blocking the water. Plus you gotta give the road some gradient for drainage. I mean roads don't have to be totally flat. That is boring driving. I like to coast when I drive, like in a velodrome. Men. i'm gettin upset.
-Mop-up renovation efforts for Mali-50 continue. Everybody works for Mali. Now don't build squatters just to wait for public housing. The great Salif Keita and his Mali school of music bring their expertise and creativity to bear for Mali-50. I love Salif don't you? All his friend-performers have no choice. They'll be there rain or shine. Or should I say flood or drought? Wow this production is exciting. Everyone's at Salif's. Ace have you secured your ticket to Bamako for 9/22 yet???
-ZERO-tolerance in Senegal for delinquent Koranic teachers who send their students to beg in the streets. Thank you Wade. This is the best thing you've done so far. I'm beginning to like you a bit. This idiot is telling us its because the marabouts don't have any revenue. Why do they take in students if they're not getting paid for their teaching services??? Its just a license to engage in child slavery. Who're you kidding? He's not even handsome enough to be on tv.
-Cameroon's had it with non-payers of electricity. They're all getting cut-off. They say its because electricity is expensive in Cameroon and they'll continue to steal it until it becomes affordable. That is until it becomes 0 Fcfa/month. Cameroonians are funny. They should ask Gambians what happens when you sell your nation to private enterprise.
-The meat market flourishes in Mali. The herders have had a good year of plentiful pasture and water. Yahya needs to buy cows and goats from Mali instead of try to dabble in herding and ranching himself. He killed or abducted all our herders already. We hold him personally responsible for the shortage of meat in Gambia.
-The Peace-corps volunteers assigned to Mali hold their initiation ceremony. Wait a minute, this guy is French. No fair. i thought only Americans serve in the Peace Corps. How did he get in? And that lady looks like our Sukuro. What is going on?
-Food health and safety is serious business in Mali. What with Nigeria and Senegal next door??? This national food and drug safety laboratory needs to be at those borders.
-mali mangoes recognize a bumper harvest. Koulikoro is happy. Mams, have you placed your order yet for Thanksgiving and Christmas mangoes??? If my regular supplier is not careful, I'll replace them with Mali mangoes or I demand they add mangoes from Mali in my fruit and cheese care package. I don't wanna hear it.
-Bancoumana village finally gets a maternity clinic. Its about time folks. This place has been going without a maternity clinic all these years???? What tha hell is wrong with Africans???? They had to wait for Braseeeeeeeel! Men. Comonotay!
-CAN eliminations: The Eagles of Mali prepare to kick Cape Verde's behind.

And much much more.
