Victoria!  Welcome!  You will get the sense of this list, which  is 
completely unmoderated and about ten years old (Our Founder:  Sir  Kenneth Follett) 
pretty quickly, perhaps too quickly.  But in the meantime,  could you give 
us some details about what interests you?   As it  happens, there is a lot 
of talk on this list of obscure grouts and mortars  (very, very little of 
which I understand) - wait 'til you get Steve Stokowski's  rap on natural 
mortar or whatever it is he is keen  on.    Also, where do you stand on the 
addition of the  second floor porch on the south front of the White House?   
(This, and  Laphroaig, are the main litmus tests on the 'serv.)
