Hello again.

Sorry, but, I failed to mention that I tried the troubleshooting wizard to find
a solution.  The wizard said it couldn't find any problems and to try a third party for answers.  Then, I tried the autorun fix from Microsoft which said it is not a software problem but seems to be a hardware malfunction.
