REPORTER: Currently a gun owner with a permit to carry a firearm could
be too drunk to drive, yet legally carry their gun while intoxicated. In Mayor
Bloomberg's latest campaign proposal, that would be a crime, carrying a year of
jail time.
This certainly wouldn't happen in
Mississippi....
