There is one ivy that likes masonry (see Morningside drive bet 111 -112 ) the suckers
(on the ivy dimwit) rest thier foot on the masonry and not in the brick
but beats me what kind it is
My 70ft water oak here is covered with ivy ; and I asked a radio show expert if it will kill it and he said no.....
then there was the time I asked Ivy if ....and got my face slapped  Py
