Aye Aye Jabou. That is actually why they ought not dabble in extractive industry until they have a solid foundation of research and material science to harness the minerals. About President Camara, I think we can help guide him so that his good intentions are not overwhelmed by these thieves in grand boubou. I will do my part to help in whatever way I can. I encourage you and my coleagues to assist in supplying information and suggesting ideas for value. I agree. Untunately though, in the majority of African countries, it is these clueless, corrupt and incempetent folks who hold authority. If Guinea's new leader is asking the pertinent questions, that is great for the Guineans. Jabou, I encourage you to review it further. I think if the powers that be do not know enough to negotiate away the country's natural resources, it is just corruptible contempt that will make them want to act as agent for the people. Ignorance and back alley deals are the twin ingredients for corruption. If they are ignorant of either value or process, they have no business acting as agents of the people in financial transactions. This is indeed what President Camara refers to as "Guinean Imperialism".

Aucun impact positif sur les populations; malgré les nombreuses négociations ou concessions, les Guinéens attendent encore de savoir la destination de ces wagons remplis de bauxites, de l'or de Siguiri, du diamant de Banankoro pour ne citer que ces richesses. Le Président Capitaine Moussa Dadis Camara n'en revient pas. Il accuse "l'impérialisme guinéen" d'être à la base de tous les maux dont souffre la République. Visiblement, le Capitaine est choqué.
A half century already, the exploitation of La Guinea's mineral resources has not yielded any appreciable development. No positive impact realised by the people and despite the incessant negotiations and investment concessions, the people still want to know the destinations of these loaded carts of bauxites, golds, diamonds from Banankoro, not to mention national revenues. President Dadis Camara cannot fathom the pilferage. He blames "Guinean Imperialism" to be at the core of the countries hemhoraggic fever. He was visibly shocked.

Lors du forum sur les mines qu'il a convoqué jeu di 19 mars au palais du Peuple à Conakry, Capitaine Camara a fustigé ces cadres qui ont approché les deux Présidents guinéens pour s'en mettre plein les poches. Et malheureusement, l'Etat guinéen sera vidé de tout son contenu et ses fondements fortement ébranlés. Pour s'en convaincre, le numéro un guinéen indexe la Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée (CBG) et décide, séance tenante, de fermer la SAG. Finalement, le Président de la République, à l'image de ses prédécesseurs, ne comprend pas ce qui se passe dans les mines ou encore ce  qui se dit réellement lors des interminables négociations dans les salons climatisés en Europe, en Chine ou en Amérique.

Point phare, c'est l'engagement du Président de la République et de son équipe à en finir également avec les démagogues qui avaient fini par prendre le pays en otage ou encore avec ces vautours qui rôdaient autour de la Présidence pour chanter plus que le griot. « C'est terminé... », a affirmé le Président qui n'entend pas aussi fléchir contre toux ceux qui ont i bradé nos richesses et revendu à vil prix nos usines pour finalement narguer le peuple. Ceux qui en doutent peuvent s'y essayer.
Point of emphasis, the President and his team will nip the affairism in the bud. The demagogues who have taken the country hostage and the kakaroaches who mill about the Presidency praise singing in an endless trail of ghostly gowns. "That will stop", affirmed the President who will spare no efforts in going after those corrupt folk who steal from government coffers and destitute our factories to snuff the life out of our people. Anyone who doubts his resolve is encouraged to try.
