This group of conscientious persons will be a permanent consulting group, perhaps to be legally formed and make ourselves available to West African government now and into the future to assist in their efforts and good intentions to eradicate corruption, ethnic tensions, and to advise on sustainable development. Our work can be pro-bono in the main and we therefore form as an advisory NGO. We will raise funds to fund our efforts. And please do not worry about whether we will be able to raise enough funds or not to be effective. I have some great ideas and I'm sure we will have have an abundance of ideas among our esteem coleagues. WHere there is a will for good, there is always a way in honour of good. Himadri being Bangoli offers great opportunities because of the commonality of the challenges mentioned above among all nations especially west Africa and Bangladesh. I think that if not already done, you should as head of the Global Democracy Project consider trying to initiate a process of communication with the military junta of La Guinea. The sole purpose of which should be towards encouraging Guinea's new rulers to institute all measures that are essential in bringing about a peaceful transition to a democratic, representative and progressive dispensation characterised by the Rule of Law in La Guinea.
