Hey Folks,
I am lookin' to match
some granite here in NYC that we first thought was good ol' Deer Isle (although
very dirty). When we got it cleaned a bit it had the speckled black, gray and
white grains but lacked the pinkish grains typically found in DI. I recall
matching a similar stone 15 years or so back but am drawing a total blank on
name and supplier. The "stone workers" and GC on the project are of little help.
Can any of you please point me in a better direction?
Thanks,
Eric Hammarberg, Assoc. AIA
