Oh, for God's sake./ as I tell my eight yr old its  Gosh ..for Gosh sakes I would see this as a matter of affectional preference.

What I want to know is whether this lunatic told the gentlepersons of
the press that the building would have a "cement core" or whether the
GOTP took it upon themselves to describe to core as "cement."

So it would be fair to say there are some core issues  here ?  It is my professional opinion that that would be correct.

BTW, there was a hotel built in the mid 70's in downtown Phoenix that
had (and may still have) a slowly-rotating restaurant on top of a
highrise building, but I would imagine the plumbing and other services
were all located in the core, which was no doubt either steel or
concrete--but certainly not cement. Ralph

Sir
You failed to mention if the the service was slow .; I never dined there, and don't remember having heard about the speed or quality of the waitstaff.  It is my recollection that the rotation was slow enough that the motion was not noticeable to those in the restaurant.
or if there were revolving doors ? Given that this was Penix, I rat suspect thher doubt that there were revolving doors.  Off the top of my (pin) head, I don't remember revolving doors there, but I suppose they'd work as well for keeping out the heat as they do for keeping it in, in our northern climes. ..yet despite some  core issues of for instance how would the septic system work from such heights As backwards as Phoenix was (it still had alleys, even in newer suburbs and subdivisions), they did have municipal sewers, and thus no septic tanks. ...would this not be an ideal place for the Rotarians to meet It might indeed. Why don't you send them a email and recommend it? ?
