Used to be, on DFI, when I first got there, 1977, you could sleep soundly
all night on the beach facing Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands, and it was
as dark as Ralph in a bad mood. Now, there is so much light from New
Bedford, Providence, etc., I can barely make it past 2 AM.
No, I'm not imagining it, and it's not because I have to go to the
bathroom, although excuse me for a moment.
