The odds are about as good.  If you want to go down to the DOB for him and ask to meet with the guy who reviewed the application in 1964, be my guest.  But don't tell them I sent you.
Ralph,

OK, ok, you gotta go to the Home for Retired DoB Veterans. I'm distracted and got carried away remembering the ex-Cranes & Derricks guy I met at a corporate b'day party who spent fifteen minutes telling me about the hi-lights of his career. Christopher asks kool questions about rigs and an afternoon at C & D getting to know the folks, and a bit of going back to talk to retired veterans would put him ahead of the curve on the vertical mobilization activity on the fine taller buildings of Manhattan. The past folks may have fewer burning sticks to play with on a day-to-day and might say more interesting stuff about the 'accident of 19__'. Beside that, people move around on the outsides of the buildings as well as on the insides. Jesus Adorno ran a rig up and down the outside of ___West 38th Street four times on April 1, 1987 until he was able to safely rescue Peekaboo Parker, the Persian cat owned by Martha Walter, no relation of that Ralph guy. Poor Peekaboo had climbed out a window onto a water table and gotten its collar tangled in bird proofing.
