I dunno how well-preserved it is, but it's durable.  One of the lead encapsulants was used (at the contractor's recommendation, contrary to Ours) on a prominent building.  One of the benefits was supposed to be that it required no tiresome or dangerous scraping; ya just schmear it on over the already-blistering and dirt-encrusted lead paint. which is an ideal base.

Yeah, right.

And I assume the lead is well preserved.
