Cobra does indeed make a 10 meter rig. I don't know much about it, but I 
have seen several references to it on various lists.

While it's more or less a cb rig that has been opened up, it apparently is 
one of the better of that type of 10 meter rigs out there these days.

I don't know if it works fm or not, though.
