I always be sure to buy butcher shop pork that does not have any broth or anything added to it, just plain pork, such as pork roast, chops, ribs, etc. I never have this reaction w/bacon or natural ham though. Another person who has celiac disease said that he also has problems & was told by his support group that if the pigs were fed grain that has gluten, it could carry over into the meat. Just wondered if anyone else has such a reaction or has any information on this. thanks in advance for all the support I get here in this group. It is the best. Mary.
