Ken, I would start by putting psychological pressure on him, then i'd bring in some kind of religious referrences, in effect, create a night of holy rollers only in arabic, het him in a frenzy and not thinking straight, then i'd pipe in a voice of Allah that would alternate between subtle and commanding to get him to talk.
