I’ve never been this way bef ore,

Traveled this road before I’m sure,

Obstacles obscure my view,

Wondering if there is a way through,

We walk b y faith,

And not by sight,

I believe weeping endures but for a night,

And joy comes with the morning’s light

I've never felt this way before,

Anxious, and so unsure,

How much more must I endure,

I can't find rest, or relief,

Fears try to steal my fragile peace

But still, I hold on,

Believing the darkest hour is just before dawn

We walk by faith,

And not by sight,

And weeping endures but for a night,

Joy comes with the morning's light

There is a conflict within my soul,

Between what I feel,

And what I know,

How things are,

And how they should be,

I have to give up control,

It's not up to me,

Life is sometimes hard,

But God has a plan,

I just need to trust even whe I don't understand

We walk by faith,

And not by sight,
