I am pleased to offer the weekend hut of the village for which I am
the idiot. The village is called Rensselaerville, in SW Albany county. The house
abuts a 2,000 acre preserve, and there is a 75 acre lake for you splash in.
There is only one commercial establishment, the Palmer House Cafe, which serves
a great dinner, bit formal and informal. Google this place, and if you want to
stay I'll tell you where the key is. Only thing is, you can't give me any grief
about the messiness of my shop.
