That one I, and I assume most of us can relate to, why I don't have the covered patio (a real one with a true roof, not one of those aluminum gone with the wind type) with outdoor fireplace I'd like to have, maybe my next life.

I meant that redoing the kitchen would cost the better part of $100K, not the better part of $100.

 

I may not be able to type, but I'm not that broke.
