David I think the concern is what "might" happen. We all know the control joints should have been installed either during the concrete finishing or soon after. I prefer "during" finishing as this controls shrinkage cracks that occur during curing. However you now have cracks where you didn't intend them. Will this lead to failure of your radiant slab tubing? I don't know. What risk do you have if you leave it? Are you working for an Owner? Who designed it, you, an architect, an engineer or the owner? What do they say? If I were the architect I would be inclined to have it redone but if the owner wants to use it sooner they may be more flexible. What does the pipe manufacturer or heating system manufacturer say? Also, I had sent you some info on epoxy injection and vacuum injection. Did you get any response from them? I don't know the site conditions (the cracks need to be super-clean for injection to work) or design requirements well enough to give any more advice in that direction. That is about the extent of what I can do from my "armchair". I'd be happy to help further but would need more info.
