Anybody know anything about the cause of the flooding at the National Archives, and specifically whether we can legitimately blame Bush and his scumbag cronies for it (like the sump pumps had been sold for scrap and the new ones from Halliburton were being tried out at Cheney's and Brownie's beach houses), or was this a generic governmental screwup or a legitimate act of The Alleged Deity?
