Tom,

QRZ under advanced search you can search by zip code, city name, etc.  I 
don't think you can search by county, but zip code should be pretty close.

One caveat:  The QRZ database is not accurate in terms of assigning a county 
to a zip code.  In instances where zip codes are intercounty, as mine is, it 
assigns you to the county where most of the population in that zip code 
resides.  So, it erroneously shows me in Eaton, while I am a half mile 
inside Ingham county.

The Buckmaster and presumably FCC database have it assigned correctly.  But, 
I am not familiar with the searching options on Buckmaster.
