Below are the frequencies for each of the Information channels as 
they come from the factory.  The channels are numbered I1 through 
I0.  I got this information by running the software for the TH-F6A 
without loading any files or reading the data in the radio, and this 
is what came up:

I-1: 162.550 WEATHER
I-2: 162.400 WEATHER
I-3: 162.475 WEATHER
I-4: 162.425 WEATHER
I-5: 162.450 WEATHER
I-6: 162.500 WEATHER
I-7: 162.525 WEATHER
I-8: 161.650 WEATHER
I-9: 161.775 WEATHER
I-0: 163.275 WEATHER

As you can see, these are not arranged in frequency order, so I 
suspect that Kenwood arranged them in order of most commonly used 
(I-1) to least commonly used (I-0).  You can change them, but it's 
probably easiest with the software.  Of course, if you reset the 
radio, they will revert back to their original settings.
