COMPULSORY “SUPPORT  JAMMEH” MARCH PLANNED

Reliable  sources say the Gambia Government has been circulating a letter to 
heads of  departments of the public sector calling civil servants to a 
so-called  solidarity march planed for some time next week. Civil servants, many of 
who now  feel apprehensive in the face of the current arrest waves fear that 
failure to  turn up to the planned “support demonstration” will either lose 
their jobs or  even be arrested.
