Whenever you introduce a chemical or any other strange spurious element into your body, you are forcing it to create mechanisms (short-circuits, so to say) in order to digest the “intruders”. This leads to cellular fatigue and wear-out, DNA mutations and finally to cancer. Apart from cancers induced by tobacco, alcohol or electromagnetic devices, all the other cancers have a digestive component. Flatulence, perhaps the first and foremost sign of digestive trouble, is another example of a short-circuit: the body trying to get rid of the poisons. Flatulence is caused by many factors, but above all by a high consumption of grains. This is to show again how inadequate grains can be to the human diet, especially when they are a staple. JC
