Try Engineering News Record?

Too much.  I have been looking for something specific, like "Aviation Week", which has all the inside stuff on air crashes, etc., but for large-scale engineering failures.   There is a Journal of Engineering Failure Analysis (Elsevier), but it is mostly "Wide-Micron Differentials in Magneto-Induced Lathe Vexing" and stuff like that.   Now THAT is something an ad rep could sell to, of course.   c
