Kevin,

You have to remember that the 60 meter band is a group of specific 
frequencies, and that I believe the power is limited, so in order to be able 
to monitor, one would need to be on the specific freq's for this band.  I 
have heard some signals on the band, but I think most are looking at it from 
the idea of working all states.
