I like brown rice in chicken soup, but I hate the way it gets mushy & clouds
up the broth if not eaten right away.  I finally figured out a way to have
my chicken & rice soup the way I like it both today & tomorrow.  I cook the
broth, chicken & veggies in one pot.  I prepare the rice in a separate pot.
When it's time to serve it, I put rice in the bowl, then pour the broth &
veggies over the top.  It always tastes freshly made when I do it this way.
