I searched Current User and found it. It says value 400, but I have no idea what that means.  Is that the delay before showing ANYthing, or the delay before showing the remainder (if it is showing most used first and then remainder?).  I actually don't want 2-part menus at all, I just want it to show the entire menu at once.   AnnaSummers

Look in the registry for a key entitled

menushowdelay

That is your delay for the menus.
