Bajinka, could you per chance be related to one of the ancient chiefs/king/mansa, in The Gambia, I believe the name was Bakary Bajinka or Bakindick? I vaguely remember the name and the story relating to him and his rule. I also do not recall what part of Gambia he presided over, but I think it was in the Fonis, but historians can enlighten us on that. I did not read about him either, but heard about him from our many oral historians. Just wondering if you were a descendant, that's all. Does anyone recall or heard of a chief/king/mansa by that name?
