Dear Structurists,
Well, in "The Onion" is the ultimate
explanation for many of our structural problems.
This seems to go along well with the recent
pronouncement by an educator here that there would no longer be a concept of
failing in our school systems. The grade of "Fail" has been replaced
by "Deferred Success".
