Hi; You mentioned Canadian regulations and I am wondering what the situation is for blind operators up north in good old Canada. once upon a time I was told that blind folks were only eligible for a license if someone agreed to act as their elmer and help them get set up. Was that in fact the truth and if so is a similar rule still in place?
