Anyone out there see improvement in their skin conditions following
dropping grains/legumes/dairy from their diet?

My sister-in-law suffers from psoriasis/eczema/warts and eats a vegetarian
diet high in low fat dairy products.  Her doctor recently diagnosed her as
anemic (my husband "diagnosed" her after taking one look at her pasty
complexion and dark under-eye circles) and urged her to add meat back into
her diet -- at least in limited amounts.  She is now willing to add
organic/grass-fed meats back into her diet.  I'm wondering if going paleo
at least as a trial could help her skin conditions.  Any thoughts or
experiences on the effect of a paleo-type diet and psoriasis/eczema/warts???
