Is there anyone officially designated to restore/reconstruct old jokes to ensure the proper patina is applied? I think we are all capable, if not designated. I assume the Humor Czar, but maybe this one showed up in the mailbox. Which one showed up in which mailbox? Lets incorporate the IPJW. Incorporate the IPJW into what?  And since everybody knows I bite, I'll bite and ask what the IPJW is.
