Paul; I've had the best luck first trying uninstalling Norton's in add/remove programs if possible then run Norton's "cleanup utility" Rnav2003 found here: http://majorgeeks.com/download3077.html Instructions from symantec's site: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001092114452606 There is a whole list of Norton removal links at the bottom of the page.
