Oops - didn't mean to send a blank....
 
Anyway, I would imagine the 14 bathrooms is correct for that much space, but I wondered if they had Italian marble and gold fixtures.

The fourteen bathrooms is probably a very reasonable and well thought out design response to the 18 thousand sf and the estimated plumbing load. Any ridicule can safely be passed on to the the engineer, architect or client, as best meets one's needs.
