There are more Administrators than you think...
(At least one more...)
If you are signing in with a user name, try the same
thing with the word ADMINISTRATOR or administrator,
and the original password that was used when the computer
was first set up during installation, (NOT after the Welcome
stuff started and Users were set up...)
If you think there is no password, try an "empty" (or null) password...

If you have more than one Administrative Account, sign on with
a different one and "un-password" the bad account from there...
(This is one reason to use the "Classic Log-on screen, and to
have more than one "User-Admin"...)
