Willie, Yes that is a bad problem. One thing you can do is run a system check to see if you have a system problem. It could be any number of things but probably is software related. One way to fix this problem is to reinstall Win 98 or upgrade to a sixty four bit operating system like Win2000 or WinXP. Then the offending program routine will only crash the program and not your whole operating system. J.
