To liverpate there are usually flour and sugars added as well. The fat in pate
might be Frankenfats as Eva rightly suggests. If yo ulook in the supermarkets
at the contentslabel it can be a tad shocking.
Also liver can sometimes be a bit hard on the system to digest. Indeed, how
about making it yourself so you know what's in it?
A year ago I made some with sheepsliver. Actually it was quite nice.
Hmm maybe this weekend I'll make some if i can get hold of sheep/lamb-liver.
