I have a coffee grinder and I use it for flax seeds. Flaxseeds are cheaper than the oil, have more nutrients, have fiber, probably keep better, probably taste better. Someone said flaxseed oil tastes like linseed oil. I grind them, then dump them in carrot juice, mix. Tastes good.
