Thanks, but no thanks. Gotta keep going to work with the pirates on the Hudson.
And then there's the one I live with (for the time being, anyway, sort of) across the sagging stairs, on the Passaic River. We are actually about 1/2 mile from the Passaic River, and are closer to Salt Brook, but what the hell. No known pirates on either one, anyway. Ever. Wouldn't a been worth the effort.
However, if you get a job in Hawaii, Pago Pago, or Papeete, there may be some additional flexibility.
